Pierced Drawing

Students are to draw a super hero, either from a picture or create their own, and shade it to give it value and three-dimentionality. After they finish the drawing students will cut out parts of the hero and add colored paper to the cut out parts as a way of adding emphasis.

Evaluation:

1 pts: Use of class time.
1 pts: Clean piercings (no jagged edges, ripped off corners)
2 pts: Use of value
2 pts: Use of emphasis/colored paper
2 pts: Proportional figure (superhero body)
2 pts: Neat and clean finished product
Total 10 points
